All our senses ever perceive are frequencies. Light and sound are already globally known as such. Taste also is a series of frequencies of sorts. Imagine a spectrum of fundamental flavours (the arrangement of which I could only subjectively guess). Any taste is experienced in nuanced degrees of each frequency.
That graph is very similar to a note, or sound.
Or even light.
Same with touch; warmth, softness, moistness. Being anosmic, I’m assuming smell is similar. Every experience is a series of notes. Experiencing the physical world is like a symphony.
